THE GATE ONE INCUBATOR

Launching a start-up tests creativity, leadership and grit like nothing else

REAL-LIFE ENTREPRENEURS

Our consultants launch their own start-ups through the Gate One Incubator. Few other consultancies put their money where their mouth is and really make this happen. Launching a start-up tests creativity, leadership and grit like nothing else – these qualities in our consultants set us apart from our competitors and directly benefit your business. The experience of creation, experimentation and ownership ignites a wonderful passion in our staff and helps us solve our clients problems like no one else.

HOW WE DO IT

The budding entrepreneurs capture everyday problems and chafes, which if resolved, would enhance their lives and potentially millions of others. These issues are shared and developed ahead of our Accelerator Days.

ACCELERATOR DAY

Our experienced Entrepreneur In Residence, who has experience of launching and funding start-ups hosts an Accelerator Day to fast-track our new business ideas using divergent and convergent thinking. The new businesses are stress tested and rapidly guided towards funding. So far we’ve funded fourteen start-ups in this way, and three have gone to complete seed funding rounds.

FRESH THINKING

It all culminates in ‘gate one’ (see what we did there) when our new entrepreneur pitches to the whole firm for seed investment. The final ingredients are a great space in a London co-working office full of entrepreneurs and creatives, additional funding, an advisory from one of our experienced directors and access to the Gate One network. All of which makes a great environment for the new business to grow.
