James specialises in large-scale IT-enabled change and enterprise portfolio management. He has delivered complex transformation programmes across multiple industries. Most recently, James worked with a Group CIO to redefine their operating model, organisation design and governance framework. In addition to being integral to the TOM tea, James is also Gate One’s knowledge lead, which involves capturing and managing our key methodologies.
