In support of TEDxNHS 2018

While waiting times and deficits continue to mount, pressure on the entire healthcare system goes on growing.  As the NHS turns 70, tackling these issues to equip our healthcare system for the future is really important to us at Gate One. That’s one of the reasons we have chosen to be a partner of the 2018 TEDxNHS event on 21 August.

TEDxNHS is a voluntary-run event by the NHS, for the NHS. The theme this year is ‘Shaping our Legacy’.

The event is expecting some 500 members of the NHS to come together at London’s BFI IMAX to share their inspiring stories and aspirational ideas on a national stage. Attendees are ready to be inspired to think differently, dream bigger and design better for the population they serve.

‘Shaping our legacy’ topics

Infectious Ideas: Disruptive innovations that go viral
Untold stories: The everyday extraordinary
Evolution: Imperfections, resilience and learning to adapt.

If you are attending the event, we look forward to seeing you there.

If you work in the NHS and aren’t able to attend the event in person, you can sign up on the TEDxNHS website to livestream the event on the 21st of August.
