FTSE 100 Aviation Company

Our client had embarked on an enterprise-wide Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation and wanted a change approach to ensure new ways of working ‘stuck’.

Gate One developed a culturally aligned approach to embedding the TOM, focusing on line led change. This included facilitating leadership workshops, upskilling leaders and HR to manage the people change and creating a bespoke change toolkit.

For the first time our client was able to approach a complex transformation with leadership alignment – and confidence. One leader said this programme had, “more impact than any other in the last 10 years!”

FTSE 100 Life Sciences Company

Our client had a challenging global transformation portfolio to deliver and held deep concerns about their ability to deliver effective and sustainable behaviour change.

Gate One helped build the foundations for a new Change Centre of Excellence, including developing the function’s blueprint, agreeing priority roles and methodology required, designing a bespoke Change toolkit and mobilising stakeholders through an accelerator event.

This provided a fundamental building block for the Change Centre of Excellence, igniting a new approach to managing people change. The client called it a “step change for the organisation.”

Leading housing partnership

Our client needed to move from a process led culture to a customer-centric digital culture. This included being more responsive to customers and increasing empowered decision-making at the frontline.

Gate One helped the client explore the art of the possible and define their new culture, through a combination of leadership coaching, customer experience development, agile delivery and scenario based employee training, Gate One helped the client better engage with and support their customers.

Global Manufacturing Firm

Our client was the HR Director for a 60,000 people strong division of a global manufacturing firm with a geographically dispersed team who were used to working independently and not as a team.

Gate One designed and facilitated a one day event that supported the team to understand each others’ challenges, explore the art of the possible and agree a compelling vision and three year roadmap. Equally important was building a new sense of teamwork and igniting the momentum to drive the vision forward. Our client said, “Everyone was extremely surprised by how much we could do in one day – no one expected that!”

Our client was the leadership team managing a FTSE 100 operation of over 12,000 people.

Gate One designed and facilitated a programme of leadership workshops that brought together a geographically distributed team to collectively build a vision and strategy they were all proud of. The team were challenged to think about their leadership styles and how they could work together to best enable each other and the people in their departments.
