MEET OUR TEAM

Our experienced business transformation consultants

Our team of experienced consultants work together with energy, passion and determination to deliver lasting change for our clients. They also take pride in growing our business (and like to have plenty of fun doing so). Their activities outside of the office are pretty cool too. Meet our leaders, some of our consultants and our support team below.

Melanie DickinsonMelanie Dickinson| Recruitment Managerlinkedin icon

If you’re considering opportunities with Gate One you’ll probably get to know Mel, who in the past has recruited for agency and professional services firms alike. Gate One’s entrepreneurial firm culture suits her style: a fighting spirit and a learned bias for innovation, which she says comes from growing up in New Zealand. She finds recruitment appealing because everyone has a narrative – she enjoys listening to people’s stories and seeing what they can bring to our team.

Mel came to London for one year and 20 years later she’s still here, married to a Brit, and has two boys.
