Gate One, in partnership with AEG, has been shortlisted in the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything – SME’ category at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2020.

The business and digital transformation consultancy has been recognised for its work with AEG to create a Europe-wide customer strategy, enabling the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company to deliver a consistently best-in-class, always experience across its venues and festivals.

In its 11th year, the UK Customer Experience Awards is aimed at organisations that strive to enhance the customer experience they offer in an innovative way.

The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on 15 October.
