Responding to cost pressures, digital advancements and regulatory change, our client had a challenging global transformation portfolio to deliver. They established a Change Centre of Excellence and sought a partner to help design and mobilise a new change management capability.
Historic attempts to build organisation change capability had been costly, complicated and had fallen very short of delivering the anticipated return on investment.
Our client had a vision of significantly improving their change management maturity over a period of 24 months, and asked Gate One to help galvanise their mobilisation efforts and support them on their journey.
Working in collaboration with our client, we designed the Change Centre of Excellence’s blueprint and service catalogue, as well as agreeing the priority roles and tools required for this initial stage of improving change capability.
To ensure the bespoke change methodology and toolkit was fit for purpose, Gate One designed and facilitated and immersive change accelerator event. The event bought together subject matter experts from across the globe to challenge and refine the new methodology to drive the most impact on business outcomes.
This work provided a fundamental building block for the Change Centre of Excellence.
