Our client, a FTSE 100 life sciences company, was undertaking a reshuffle of the leadership team. The leadership team challenged our client to prove the value and future role of the digital, data and analytics function.
Working alongside our client team, we conducted a rapid review of the extensive portfolio of services to understand their offering. We facilitated interviews and workshops to bring together fragmented teams with the aim of shaping a single vision and strategic direction. Through this activity, we were able to evolve the future marketing and selling model.
- Developed a compelling narrative to present a joined-up digital, data and analytics vision and strategy to the Pharma leadership.
- Realigned the department goals with the corporate strategy and structured their cluttered portfolio against long term objectives, outcomes and key measures of success.
