Our client was undertaking the acquisition of another major retailer. This required a programme of work to optimise both teams for success including the design of a new commercial operating model, organisation structure and way of working.
We conducted a review of the client’s IT and digital operating model, to move the business from the non-digital world of catalogue shopping, stores and supermarkets into a strong online player with streamlined processes.
The programme included relocation of departments, integration of digital and store commercial teams, and the training and development of several hundred employees.
