Our client, a global FTSE 100 organisation, was implementing a new marketing operating model set to impact teams worldwide. The new operating model would see a step-change in ways of working, including the introduction of a global brand council (GBC). Recognising this large shift for the GBC leaders, our client proactively asked the Gate One executive coaches to gain clarity and define distinct goals for the numerous leadership teams working on the high-profile project.
Gate One coached teams and individuals, including local leaders and international vice presidents. As our client had yet to define the future ways of working, we utilised the Gate One coaching diagnostic to help individuals and teams better understand what they could achieve and determine how to get the desired results. We worked closely with them on an ongoing basis to achieve this.
