Our client, a FTSE 100 consumer goods company, had a challenging global transformation agenda to deliver across almost all areas of the organisation. They were concerned about their ability to deliver effective and sustainable people change.
They needed a partner to help design and mobilise a new change management capability, with a vision to improve their change management maturity over 24 months.
We helped to build the foundations for a new Change Centre of Excellence and to ensure sustainable and embedded change. Together with our client, we build a robust and fit-for-purpose change methodology and toolkit, launched through an immersive change accelerator event.
The toolkit provided change and project managers with:
- guidance to understand, predict and manage key barriers to embedding people change,
- an understanding of the implications of decisions allowing the company to have greater confidence in the success of their transformation, and
- a platform from which to continue to evolve their change capability.
