Eschewing a successful career in architecture to become a management consultant, Lorna is a vastly experienced programme director with over 20 years’ experience leading major business transformation in the public and private sector. She led major client accounts at Ernst and Young for six years, where she gained expertise across audit, assurance and advisory services. Lorna has supported senior management and board-level teams in BAU, ‘crisis’ and ‘growth’ mode in sectors from Transport, Automotive and Aviation to Energy and Sustainability. A specialist in Public / Private Partnerships, Lorna was a key figure in the delivery of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and numerous other major infrastructure programmes. She is also former Head of Short haul Programmes for British Airways. Always striving to ‘make a difference’, Lorna is driven to achieve the best possible outcomes and results for her clients in the most collaborative and innovative manner.
