DAN HAZELL – PRINCIPAL
Dan is an experienced programme manager who brings a range of skills gained from delivering business change through technology transformation, and establishing rapid programme governance and control. Formerly a consultant at Deloitte and Moorhouse for over 10 years, he has consultancy and direct industry experience of delivering change across a range of industry sectors from Telecoms, Media & Technology to Financial Services and Central Government. He has led and delivered Agile deployments at a range of major telco clients and has recently concluded the programme assurance of a £40m global telecoms programme to deliver a new ITIL compliant service desk system for 2,500 customer service agents in Europe, LATAM, and Asia. Dan’s experience from both large corporate and smaller more agile entrepreneurial organisations helps realise change and convert strategy into action.
